Sydney McCauley was born and raised in Belgrade, Montana. She earned a full-ride soccer scholarship to attend a junior college in Powell, Wyoming. After her 2 years were up she then graduated from Montana State University with a bachelor’s degree in K-12 Health Enhancement and a minor in coaching. Sydney is passionate about helping the youth in a variety of ways. She taught physical education and ran the athletic department at a K-12 Charter school in Las Vegas, Nevada for 3 years after graduating. Sydney returned to Montana in 2019 and has found a new path, going from teaching physical education to becoming a behavioral interventionist at an elementary school in Belgrade. She is now a part of Providence Mental Health and is the behavioral specialist in the Three Forks school district. She is excited to be a part of the Providence team and enjoys making a difference each day. She finds this new path a very rewarding change and enjoys being able to reach the youth at a different level. Sydney’s main goal in life is to set the youth up for success in life and in school. She works hard to reach students in a variety of ways to motivate them and create awareness of their actions for their futures. Sydney knows each student has their differences and works hard to reach each one of them. She makes sure each student feels important and cared for daily!
