Autumn is a graduate of Montana State University where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology followed by her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. During the past several years Autumn has worked as a therapist at Counseling and Psychological Services at MSU, as well as an advocate for substance abuse awareness and treatment.
Autumn is delighted to be joining Providence Mental Health. She truly believes in the treatment approach which integrates Family-Systems and Strengths-Based approaches within collaborative therapy teams. This model allows Autumn to use her natural strengths of empathy, warmth and encouragement to help clients discover their own strengths and resilience. She believes that each individual and every family has the capacity for growth within them. Autumn loves helping the people feel empowered to face and overcome challenges in their lives.
Autumn is grateful to work as a therapist because she loves connecting with people. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two children, as well as hiking, camping, gardening, baking and playing with her camera. She enjoys living in Gallatin County and is grateful to have a role in serving its incredible community.
